I’m Alan McBurney, Founder of INNOSEC.
We’re an outsourced IT team for professional services firms. We take full responsibility for IT and security, built on Microsoft 365 to enterprise standards, with one monthly bill and no surprises.

Most businesses struggle with IT that mostly works… until it doesn’t, and then it becomes a distraction for the owner and the team.

We’re focused on removing the burden of IT ownership from small and growing businesses so their IT just works, quietly and predictably.

Over my career I’ve supported hundreds of businesses, from financial services and NHS trusts to enterprise organisations across the UK. The same pattern kept repeating: technology deployed, handed over, and left to fail. Internal teams didn’t have the skills to manage the change. The business always carried the cost.

The name INNOSEC blends Innovation and Security, the two principles at the heart of everything we do.

Our logo reflects this balance. “INNO” appears in a lighter weight to represent adaptability and modern thinking, while “SEC” is bold, emphasising the strength and reliability of our security-first approach.
